Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your size and colour, add the piece to your bag and check out. You can check out as a guest or with an account, which keeps your orders and wishlist together.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are encrypted and processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched we will gladly change or cancel it.
Delivery
Where do you deliver and what does it cost?
Delivery options, fees and estimated times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also see your orders under My account.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return a piece?
Unworn pieces in their original condition with tags attached can be returned or exchanged. Our returns policy explains the details and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we have received and checked your return.
Sizing and the Fitting Room
How do I find my size?
Use the size guides below, or the Size guide link on each product page. Between sizes? Choose the larger for a relaxed fit, or ask a client advisor.
How does the Fitting Room work?
On pieces marked Try it on, open the mirror and allow your camera. Eyewear follows your face and tops follow your shoulders. Everything runs on your device and nothing is recorded. The mirror is a guide to style and proportion, not an exact measure of size.
Why will the mirror not start?
The camera needs a secure connection and your permission. If your browser blocked it, allow camera access for this site in your browser settings, or use a photo instead.

Care guide
- Linen
- Cool hand wash or dry clean. Steam rather than iron; the soft crease is part of its character.
- Cashmere and fine knits
- Hand wash cold, dry flat away from heat, and fold rather than hang. Rest a knit for a day between wears.
- Tailoring
- Hang on a shaped hanger, brush after wearing and dry clean sparingly.
- Leather
- Keep away from direct sun and heat, condition a few times a year, and store in the dust bag provided.
- Silk
- Dry clean, or hand wash cold with a mild detergent. Never wring; press on the reverse with a cool iron.
- Fragrance
- Store upright, away from light and heat, with the cap on.
